This is the first BL that I've seen that mentions Dissociative Personality Disorder, but from what I've seen from the raws it's probably best not to get too emotionally invested in it, because from what I can gather it's a typical BL format with a bit of research on what DID is like but it doesn't seem to be very informative on the mental disorder. I was impressed with the mention of DID alone rather than just resorting to call it a multiple personality disorder, which is a bit of an outdated term, but it's best not to take this seriously and just look up what DID is like independently.
