hmm for me, its still the uke's fault, bcs he is in relationship with seme so obviously you have to tell your partner before you do abortion. and for the condom part, the seme actually drink like anti-pregnant drug when he didn't use condom, and uke always drink anti-pregnant (idk what the drug's name) drug after haveing sex.

yeah, gain is right about both of them still not ready to have child, but still you have to tell your partner first. because it's not just gain's child, but their child.

I thought she/he meant Uke should tell the seme that he’s pregnant, not the killing baby part, if that was so, then I completely agree that Uke should tell the seme before doing any of that. They are both in a relationship, communication is needed.
