thats because there are different unofficial scanlation groups (or individual) who post the story. sometimes these groups overlap too, resulting in repeated chapters. it originally started as a fan translation, but it is common on this website to upload official works once it is available (ppl usually pay for these; quality is much better, translation of names may sometimes differ too).
