i don’t usually do this, and i’m not trying to moral police anyone. and no, this isn’t about the manhwa- i found the prologue interesting too, and i’d like to see how the story develops. it’s about some people wishing they had cancer??
you do not know the reality of actually having this disease or how it affects not only the person diagnosed but also the people around them who love them. wishing for cancer is incredibly insensitive and, honestly, immature. please educate yourselves on sensitive topics and know when humor is appropriate.
Pretty sure it's because it's just too stressed bcz of work. And plus it is pretty common for people wishing for death without actually suicide. Living is pretty tiring. And uh testicular cancer is actually one of the highly curable cancer with survival percentage of 95%-99% which is why he probably isn't anxious about it and happy w it
i think you misunderstood my comment, i literally stated that i wasn’t talking about the manhwa. i actually found the prologue interesting too and I’m looking forward to reading it. i can separate fiction from real life just fine, so this isn’t me bitching about the storyline.
what i was referring to were some of the comments, particularly some very insensitive ones. have you ever felt uncomfortable when people dismiss something with humour when it isn’t necessary at all? thats how i felt reading them, so i just wanted to express my opinion.
trust me, I know living is tiring. i understand the appeal of wanting life to end at times, what i do not understand is joking about or wishing for cancer. to me, that’s where it crosses the line.
again, my comment had nothing to do with the manhwa itself. kindly read before you reply.
excuse me can anyone kindly tell me who lee muhan is T-T I’m so confused on what’s going on
I don’t remember super well but he’s like the OG owner of that body. He basically went through a bunch of traumatic shit in the past while he was still human and he developed a new personality to protect himself against what he was going through and he continued to develop new personalities until he, Lee muhan, the original human owner of the body kinda got pushed super far down into his consciousness for years and years while the other personalities took over and somehow became like a god ig. I don’t really remember how he gained powers but yah
I don't know the reason they put him (Lee Muhan) throught that but, the goal of the Kang family was to create a cursed God tied to them to execute their wishes. The process of creating a cursed god was so excruatingly painfull and horrible that Lee Muhan went crazy and died (which was the goal to create a "god"), and what came out was Mugo, the evil god. He did not however emerged as one entity but as 3 distincts personnality. As Lee Muhan's soul did not left the earth, it got attached to its original body, and that's why the Mugo we know kept having flashbacks and all.
can someone please give some novel spoilers, this is getting exhausting

**Spoilers **********
If I remember correctly. There’s even more R*** more and more humiliating for FL, and eventually the FL truly ends up hating the ML. For some reason, though, that asshole refuses to let her go. Then Mister Asshole finally realizes he’s jealous, basically gneugneugneu, I’m in love with her, right when she genuinely hates him and he learns she never betrayed him in the first place.
After a LOT of suffering (again…), she threatens to take her own life just to escape. He finally lets her go. She leaves and goes fishing (don’t ask me why) with the second ML. But of course, the poor ML can’t survive without her and goes after her… even though he left her alone for only two months (〜 ̄△ ̄)〜. Then comes the “forgiveness arc,” which is honestly hard to read. Now the FL is the one torturing him—making him crawl on the floor, not letting him eat for days… So great, now both of them are toxic ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍ After that, they get married (I think?). The ML becomes seriously ill—life-threatening—and apparently it’s because he was too weak from the FL’s “punishments.” Then the plot gets messy. The empire needs a new heir, so the FL decides she needs a baby and asks the ML to try.
He secretly takes contraception because he thinks she won’t survive a pregnancy… but she still ends up pregnant. The ML is then sent to the border, his illness worsens, and he falls into a coma. The FL, worried, tells him he needs to come back (wake up), make up for his past actions, and propose properly. He wakes up thanks to the second ML, who finds a cure. He learns the FL is pregnant and assumes the baby isn’t his, more drama, until he discovers it is his. They finally get married “for real,” and the daughter is born.
