I do think the manhwa is more on the funny side compared to the novel was more dark. Our mc is such a diva and actually smart which i really liked. Also I have a question for move readers. So there might be spoilers below be warn.

Okay so I just read up to chapter 68 in the novel and is it just me but does the duke(the one who stole the empress body) kinda likes the emperor because of the room he has that has portraits of the emperor. It might just me tho but i need opinions and don’t mind if i can get spoiled. Hoping for some doom old man yaoi lol. But sadly the duke was arrested and i didn’t go far enough on the novel to see what happened after:( Also daphne and the duke’s daughter (villainess’s) they kinda also might be sus (maybe yuri?) as daphne gave her the handkerchief that daphne made for the hunting arc. So im kinda excited how the manhwa will be :) also who are the people that are tryna kill our mc and who is the one that kept showing up to protect him?? Im so curious
Ohhh i forgot to add I was laughing so hard when the mc asked the duke for a dance at the ball and he actually said yess lmaoo thats why i thought he was gae lol

After reading this book and with the mentioning of the underground, it strongly reminds me of “the promise” and the art style are kind of the same as well. I think both might be related. As it also showed one of the characters in the promise briefly here as well, doctor x. But idk i might be wrong anyways I enjoyed this story very much :)
