It was fun reading them at first but jfc most of them are so uninteresting. It's just a bunch of "oh lemme introduce actually good (read: japanese) food to these people." Sometimes it's tolerable if there's an overarching plot unrelated to cooking, but if that's the main draw I'm over it.   1 reply

about question
I have read my fair share of action manga/manhwa and have prayed that there would be no "annoying bitches" prior to reading a new title. Sometimes though, there's a pretty fun and/or well-written romance, and people still complain about the woman???? I'm genuinely confused. I get not wanting romance at all, but sometimes I just can't wrap my head around which romances people dislike. What exactly do people look for in a romance in titles where romance isn't the main draw?

Back in my day, yaoi still had a smaller fanbase. Some of us heavily relied on tumblr, ao3, nd piracy vid sites for yaoi OVAs like KissAnime
