It was actually hinted in the epilogue of "Kiss me if you can" that Cecil actually doesn't like wearing cute clothes. But the whole thing was explained in a "Kiss me liar" extra. The problem is that a few of the "Kiss me liar" extras don't have translations and have no manhwa adaption so far. I can send you a DM with a link for that one.

Okkkk, so I saw the next chapter and he has a plan up his sleeve with the blind date. He’s been telling them he is married and she’s the only one that doesn’t get up to leave after he says it. So I’m pretty sure there’s a plot to it. But the story is being dragged for sure, like the chapters are short and the story ended a season ago anyway
