Even if he doesn’t understand WHY people behave the way they do at times I’m sure he knows what people are supposed to do in situations like that regardless of his own morality. He was genuinely evil. He’s only good to the person he likes anyone else and he would not gaf. Look at what happened to Yeondu - if it wasn’t for Gaeul getting mad at him for that how long would she be used like that luckily she had a kind person like Minsuk around her.
