There is a shoujo manga i can't find
Its about a girl who bumps into a yakuza/mafia guy who is hurt and need help he has a tattoo near his eye ( of a dragon i think ) in the end he takes her to china or korea i can't remember and then he dies saving her at the end ( also she has two younger brothers who are twins and a mother she leaves behind in japan )

Sorry but i cant remember all of it but it was about a person who was sold by his family an then they moved house an left him with the man who bought him. The person who bought him used toys on him an would only hold him till he said it was ok i think the man who bought him was like in the mafia or something.
