This chapter literally pointed out that our human morals don't work for devils, why are we still applying said morals to devils?? Joon (a devil) created Daewoo based on his own desires, not only that but Daewoo was his first creation so he was flawed from the beginning, why tf are we mad guys?
i think people are mainly mad because writing about a moral grey area when creating a story about devils isnt unheard of, but things like assault always feel kind of unnecessary, especially in this case because daewoo and joon were not the main characters we were following and this specific subplot didnt need to happen for the story to progress, it felt out of place for me like why was daewoo so obsessed with joon when joon barely helped with his creation. idk maybe i need to reread to fully understand.
We get it, chang-geon is traumatized and loved a terrible life but that doesn't fix the things he did and make them somehow forgiveable. If these two have a happy ending or sam myeong forgives and loves him then this story is really just bullshit. I mean first you lock up a dude you haven't seen in years, then you rape him and force your "love" (lwk js an unhealthy obsession), then tell him his wife and daughter are dead, kidnap his daughter to God knows where, cut her hair and give it to him, make him mourn, get so depressed he can't even take care of himself anymore, use that vulnerable state to manipulate him so much by acting innocent and loving that he starts seeking refuge within you, then through that you create a sense of dependency that he now has towards you, and now he finds out you even went as far as killing his parents and kidnapping his daughter who he thought was deceased and you're acting like this is something you can move on from somehow??? What a waste of pretty art.
Genuinely whoever reads this shit and wants an ending where they end up together in a loving and healthy relationship is crazy, get your morals together people.

U got better access to killing urself now jinwook, use it, I beg
