Basically MC, his brother and ML all transmigrated into the book after dying together when a building collapses.
Brother remembers first life, and he and his friend wrote the book sort of as like a fan fiction on MC and ML’s situationship from their first life.
Through the novel MC is basically slowing dying since he didn’t die right away when the building collapsed like the others, so his soul is split between the two worlds. ML becomes super possessive over MC and tries to take care of him, making sure he takes his meds, doesn’t drink. Things get tense as MC is basically slowly going insane and ML gets frustrated because nothing is helping. MC tells ML the truth about being in a novel and ML doesn’t really take it seriously but says he will help keep the protag safe and get rid of creepy sunbae.
Creepy sunbae orchestrates MC kidnapping where he’s left in the middle of the mountains to die. Luckily he has his trusty survival backpack but he bangs his head a couple too many times and looses his memory of the novel and transmigration. He can only remember up to high school graduation of first life. He wanders into a village and is taken care of by some grandmas for a couple months. Through shenanigans ML is able to find MC and tries to help him get his memories back. While MC was missing ML got his memories of first life back too.
More shenanigans, MC drowns in a lake but is revived and gains all his memories back and his soul is completely settled now so no more nose bleeds and stuff.
Happy ending with ML and MC together.
I can go more in depth if anyone wants. Novel was pretty good and well written. Def recommend. It’s like a tragic comedy, the MC is so delulu it’s funny sometimes.

So leaving off at chapter 15 the brother get together and illodel. They just keeping sexually harassing him until the mom and dad come to visit. Mom is That Bitch TM and will ho down throw down anybody. Illodel is her baby. Logan threatens to kill their parents if they try to come between them so illodel hides what’s going on from the mom. Dad been knew since Logan confessed and doesn’t gaf he is a wife simp and doesn’t care as long as the mom doesn’t know. Parents came to announce a potential engagement between illodel and crown princess. At the engagement ball the brothers kiss illodel in front of everyone and announce the only engagement is between them. Then they illodel some more.
Illodel gets up to trouble and the brothers confine him, and they find out he’s preggo. Illodel tries to yeetus the fetus but almost dies because the drug was too strong. Screaming crying throwing up mom walks in as illodel lays half dead and she takes him to her lesbian lover who’s a doctor. He survives cause the fruit uterus??? Absorbs the poison and they remove it.
Mom tried to take illodel north to get away from the brothers. Of course Logan don’t play like that and arranges for illodel to get kidnapped by savages. Deal would be he get to rescue illodel and he wouldn’t kill them. But some die anyway and so they dump illodel on a deserted island to die. Illodel is hashtag done with this shit figures out the brothers plot and is just like cool guess I’ll die here. But due to the twin bond the brothers find and rescue him. Illodel is like fine whatever im going to become a lemon tree farmer at home yall can hang I guess. Main story ends with plot twist when they took the uterus fruit out they put in an incubator surprise there’s twin babies now.
All in all 6/10 not the worst incest I’ve read. Manhwa seems to be diverging a bit def more sex than in the novel. Can go into side stories if desired.

Side stories are truly heinous shit.
Side story 1 gives a backstory about Logan. Logan is truly the devils spawn. He killed a sibling prior to the twins and was going to kill the twins but when he saw illodel he was like yeah I’d hit that, so he let them live.
Side 2 illodel is living his best lemon farmer life when he is suddenly surprised with the two babies he thought were dead. Twins are identical to illodel the father is never confirmed in the novel but hinted that each twin is naturally drawn to a different brother.
Side story 3 mom sends a painter to make a portrait of illodel. Illodel tells the brothers they should sleep separately cause he kinda doesn’t want every bitch on earth to know he’s fucking his bros. Brothers think that’s it’s because he found out THEYVE BEEN HIM EVERYNIGHT . I guess the very site of illodel holding their semen demons sends them into a rut so they been drugging him and taking turns hitting that. Illodel is not even fazed at this point he’s just like huh so that’s why my backs been hurting. Then they have consensual??? sex
