A male protagonist POV in a rofan? interesting, I also like the idea of a cool mysterious beautiful woman leading. In the first chapter we see her, she kind of incarnates some "sexy but arrogant" male lead cliches, corny but seeing a woman like that for the first time is definitely new. very curious to see how their characters will be developed

He is an odd ball and has very limited emotions, empathy is completely missing from him, that's why he kills people so easily. So it wasn't a big surprise that this is how it ended. He was going for the most efficient way to clear the stage and it could have been a way to clear it, but it wasn't a humane way. Also one of the races did attack his, so somewhere the snails felt justified to enslave them when they won their war. But they grew greedy and haughty and attacked others too and brought their own downfall.ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~

Yeah this. Tho I would say he knows what's socially acceptable or not or he wouldn't have participated in the purging of religious fanatics (he didn't only participate to kill) so it's more like he is lacking inhibitors that could stop him like they stop other people.

Possible, we don't know that much about him. We know he has a lack of feelings from how he was immersed in the role during their book based stages, and fascinated by every new emotion the role of the female lead brought him like a little kid that recieved a bunch of chocolate suddenly.
He does feel regrett for killing so many people but he has no problem doing it all over again either.

I just found out the author passed away in 2015, I can't believe it, she was only 31. I loved inuxboku SS very much and I love this manga as well. I'm so sad to know we'll never get too see more of her work.
