Prince had no intention on following through with his contract with hess but he's going to right now if she stops attacking diana and the church.

There's impending war and Kael is about to be sent as a representative for negotiation with the opponent. As marquis, his authority is lower than a duke so Hess wants to make Kael a duke but Helios said it's difficult to do so without a proper reason. Even though the king loves Kael as his own son, he's hesitant to give the ML more power, afraid he would outshine the crown prince (in my opinion, so take it with a grain of salt).

Now Helios said he would promote Kael to duke if Hess stopped the petition to ruin Diana and the rotten temple because that bitch is his wife. So Hess got pissed for that petty reason. Plus what Helios is doing will only ruin his kingdom further.

Helios keep covering for Diana's mistakes making she thinks she was right about doing everything. So yeah in short, Helios should just divorce that bitch if he doesn't to ruin his kingdom and make his citizens into enemies.

Crown prince summoned Hestia cause he heard of the petition against the Temple (and Diana) that she has been working on with the other nobles.
He told her to have them stop the petition in exchange for a Territory (Atlanta?) and the title of Duke for Kael WHICH THE MOTHERFUCKER HAD ALREADY PROMISED TO GIVE THEM IN EXCHANGE FOR HER PROPHECIES… but he made it so that the contract they signed to gain those things had a loophole that made it so he can technically never give them to them if he “doesn’t have a reason to”.
Hestia told him that if she doesn’t carry on with the petition, while Diana will be “safe”, the temple will keep the excessive power and will gain more, which will be a problem later on… Helios doesn’t give a shit, cause Diana is priority…
So Hestia told him “sure, you deal with it” and “next time we meet call me Duchess” meaning she will accept the territory and title to stop the petition against the temple and Diana.
Not happy with herself for not noticing the loophole in the contract (the one with prophecies in exchange for land and title) she gets home and can’t face Kael, who still manages to catch her before she storms off.

So if I’m not mistaken, Hestia agreed with the Emp to take the territory and make Kael Duke and give him her foresight/ visions, but that bitch said it’s complicated to give the Duke title and it’ll take time, so now that she’s trying to make the people kick that ho (Diana) out he got scared so he told her that if she doesn’t stop he won’t give her what she asked for you know saying that it’s difficult and it’ll take time but if she accepts he’ll give it to her stat.
So I think at the end she accepted it but she put boundaries between them and that why he got frustrated because he likes her!

Basically helios want hess to stop aggravated as in troubling diana(we all know what hess is upto, helios knows too). But hess refuses so helios reminds her of the promise he made long back to make cael the duke, he says he will make him the duke asap, originally it said that they need a proper reason to promote him so now the reason is that cael is going to go for a negotiation so he would have a strong stand as a duke rather than a marquis. Hestia is pissed because they were going to recieve the title anyways so why is helios using this as a "oh stop bothering diana and I'll give you the title", thats when helios drops the bomb that the contract had a loophole that is he can cancel the promise anytime which hess didn't know, basically she was kinda tricked. Helios uses the "well I wont use that loophole against you so you know what to do" as in you know all you need is to stop bothering diana. Hess is embarrassed and she questions him that you very well know that its not just abt diana right? Becoz of her the temple is controlling the whole royalty now and she mocks how crown princess has more power than the crown prince aka helios. He says I'll deal with it on my own. Hestia then says oh so you just want "me" to stop attacking diana right?(she is indirectly indicating that even if she stops, people have already started seeinh diana's true form so they wont stop). Hess decided to leave, when helios calls her, hess threatens him with "next time we meet you better call me duchess" that is before their next meeting Cael has to be promoted to a duke no matter what!!
