2.) Is the twin of the uke already dead or do they have a relationship with the seme?
Yeah they are both the same person, the uke kinda dies on the last chapters of season 1 and then is resurrected with his full power unlocked like a seed he finally emerger from the soil, the uke brother faked his death because he hates him and is kinda dating the major villain is torturing people for him
