From what my brain being nostalgic about ,because of the bond thing in the description, is that the omega break his bond by operation with his alpha but meets his Fated pair but the alpha can't recognize him because he has some defects, that i can't remember. (=・ω・=)
It's not Hyacinth or heat and run but the thing about omegas breaking the bond via surgery is correct....I can't remember anything else

I don't remember the story properly but in the ending the uke took the seme to meet his grandmother. She told the seme to break up with uke if he wasn't serious about him or something like that. ╥﹏╥

I am totally blank. The uke had light color hair and the seme had black is all i remember.
In the story, towards the end while chatting with the grandmother they were sitting on porch and having a fruit which was gifted to them and apparently the granny is quite famous in the village for helping around, she was the one who received the fruit.
