18F, I wouldn't be embarrassed, I had really bad self image issues and an ED during my teen years, I did lose a bit of weight due to working out, but I'm super comfortable with and love my body, of course I don't go around nude (besides from when I'm in my own home) because I don't want to make anyone uncomfortable, but even though I'm not embarras......
