In this chapters they make us think its a misunderstanding. Because the emperors mother thinks, that the secret is that liu cheng feng is a man. But the emperor thinks she means the secret of "her" being the prime minister.
why there are so many unhappy people. This webtoon is a blessing. First its free, second there is such a great person who translates it as fast as possible (thank you Cappy), third it comes out weekly...weeekly!! There are often misunderstandings in mangas that are earliest solved in the next chapter - which is often after two or 4 months!! Some people want a total unrealistic story with "see you - love you". So this is a more realistic story. It hurts when you think now is the time to confess and then a misunderstanding causes a delay. But we all got such a wonderful "time-forward-episode" with so much love, we know it will be a good end, so don't be so impatient. And for the people wo want to drop it or "hate" the other for this late chapters. Please go, because you simply don't have any respect for the work and effort of other people.

I'm happy for the last raw chapter. It's not an "ending", it's a new start for them. A new way to try to find love, to find a way to live as a family and to obtain happiness in the omegauniverse.

I think it's a bit more like he doesn't YangYang to say that he doesn't understand, but I'm not sure.
I think Yang Yang is telling himself to not say things that will push LiHuan away/hurt him. He is aware that what he is saying is hurtful but is unable to stop himself due to the since of betrayal.
