I tried to access it and it said the same thing. If you use opera it has in-built vpn and so easy to work with.

Based on what i remembered, you can just leave that referrer column empty. (But if a yaoiotaku member introduced you to the site, you can fill the column with their username).

And about the manga you've download, the files are mostly in jpeg/png, so just your usual image viewer app is enough. However, you still need to extract the zip/rar file first.

But then again, it's been so long since i visited the site, so things probably change.
