I'm just speculating bc of her brother purposely falling and the way he said he loved his sister:
Is her brother a Dere? He is obsessed with his sister to the point where he kills himself if she gets married, or tries to live her life away from him. (On the assumption that he knew the drink was poisoned)
Also the three lives where she did nothing he still killed himself, so I'm just speculating but does he also get reborn each time?
I'm probably reading way too much into this, and he's probably just wanting her to be happy while taking care of him.

I’d say it’s unlikely for him to also be reborn each time, cause he doesn’t change in terms of mentality. But I’d say it’s very much the case for him being a dere or at least a siscon.
I have no idea how true this is, but just some thoughts about our MC here.
I think he really got turned into a dwarf, a 70 year old dwarf. Everybody keeps telling him he looks like a child - dwarves are smaller than humans; He still has the same skills as before and can use them, even his alcohol tolerance - his body just got turned into a dwarven one.
He’s still 70, it’s just that dwarves can get really old so he looks like a child bc in relation to human ageing he is still really young for a dwarf.

It sound logical to me, the title is calld grand dwarf, its about craftsmanship or blacksmithing, the mysterious mention at the start about the drawfs. Seem like a logical conclusion and a good plot twist haha
