They let Makoto play the mob boss for a some time, while his bro was behind him and manipulating everything along with some elders. The other blond got mixed up cuz he liked Makoto's "sex toy", who in reality was undercover for another gang. Makoto went to get his toy back and now everything comes crushing down.
Don't forget the three-way incest. Between Makoto,Ai and their mother (the only reason Betty is relevant to the story)

I have ADHD and this manga was hard as shit to read. I dont know if this translation is doing this manga justice but whatever
TLDR: three sacks of shit being miserable. juuza DOUCHE likes to fuck his mom and play with fukazawa. fukazawa soon finds comfort with haniya. juuza DOUCHE goes to his hometown. da end (cliffhanger)
you can completely ignore nanao's (she's probably a self-insert for the author) boring academic paragraphs (her "ordinarily" speech was a important piece tho, basically explains the entire manga) and for juuza his thought rambling isn't as complicated as it seems to be, you get a general idea of it. the only things I didn't get was rokka's extra chapter;"everyone will be raped by me" and the flower metaphor. rest was fine. there's also a sequel that will probably NEVER be translated unless someone professionally translates it. this manga wasn't "great" but was enough for me to read the sequel
ok update: i bought the sequel. i know some decent japanese so i can get by reading raws but "decent" japanese to read this trauma porn manga isn't the entry-level so i struggled on most of this shit
rundown:
1. there's entirely new group of characters (juuza makes a cameo tho)
2. her art style has improved; one of my favorite scenes thats shows off her new art style is when one of the characters is given a "choice" by picking between men or women. just fucking trust me the symbolism of those panels are fucking orgasm worthy. placed between two seperate islands that shows women on one island, man on the other. they are depicted like roman-styled sculptures. the men are drawn with rough lines. women with smoother more "elegant" lines. i can go on a whole tangent on how that scene was perfect brah
3. the author mindfucks you more with even longer shitstain dialogue than before. i kept going back to panels, re-reading then re-reading again to understand what was i exactly reading. i did this with the first manga too but with this one its more frequent than ever
4. there's a third installment. GUESS WHOS BUYING
