Okay so the title name have the ML lead name. Story is about a noblewoman falling in love with a priest/ pope highest position since they first meet. The noblewoman keep saying they're both in love in each other, but the people around here thought she's crazy and the priest doesn't like her. Her obsession with love kinda crazy she keep searching the priest no matter how many way. The priest turns out like her, he keeping her away, bc there's revelation, the world would be saved only if either the priest or the person he love sacrifice herself. That's why he keeps away from the girl. Near end story another girl ended wanting to sacrifice herself bc she think the priest love her, and the noblewoman who obsessed with the priest take her place and end up sacrificed by burning

    You can always try the guideverse and gamer trope but hmm, i cant remember titles, and with the list gone, I cant give you anything. You can try Death Delayed for a Short Time Because of the Will for the obessive type but not much and My Guildmate Next Door for clingy top, from there you can see list on the bottom that is a bit similar to those trope you mentioned. All i can tell you is to read the comments and not rely on ratings.

The girl is a maid, she got brown hair, freckles and serving the blind ML. The ML basically depressed and has little will to live since he became blind. The ML got blond hair, and the FL literally help this man stand back on his toes wanting to live again. She's lying about her appearance to the ML. The art is quite pretty, there's also second ML (brown hair) who likes the FL but he's sickly, and got a spoiler that he's giving his eyes for the ML? The second ML and main ML are friends. There's some angst to the story

    If u are interested in reading light novels then I highly recommend "I came afar within the zerg" which includes 6 arcs ? Ig if I remember correctly and each arc has different mc and different love plot. Significantly varying from each other (only repetition is that all MLs are top and way too OP). Each couple has different dynamic they doesn't really collide with eachother so if u wanna read one specific arc, u just read it standalone with little bit of guessing and understanding.
