I kindly invite you to educate yourself about the very real current world matters, specifically about how christian puritanism is pushing for the ban of porn and ultimately for media control and censorship (porn being a first easier target because it's taboo)
(and of course in some other countries other religion already ban porn, or kill lgbt people, it is just that the usa is supposed to be a more open minded country and this is a clear regression of rights).
I'm actually surprised you haven't heard of people justifying lots of dystopian mesures under the "PROTECT THE KIDS" banner (all the while not helping any actual kid of course)
Seriously look it up, it's why artists are getting their paypal accounts suspended for doing nsfw commissions and why now even VISA (the credit card thing yes) has been refusing some transactions that are fictional "adult content" related, thus preventing people from doing whatever they want with their money.
