It was a webcomic, chinese, stalker x stalker, the bottom was a pretty man really obsessed with a blond guy, the top, who was obsessed with him as well. The blonde one know that he was been watching and like to watch the bottom watching him (? Bottom usually makes food for him to watch him eating. Pretty chill, stalking and obsessive but not violence. Also there was some pretty girls who has dinner with each one of them and ~ohmygosh~ they were so pretty.
I read it a while ago, maybe 4 or 5 years ago, pretty sure it was chinese, but I might be wrong so I don't discard korean stuff.

Found it, in spanish, is discontinued. For some reason they stopped at 21 chapter. It's not longer on one of the official official places to buy it. The other one is now available to buy overseas and the lasta one no longer exists.
