I’m pretty sure the bubble not translated is just like “un~” it’s sort of a disgruntled sound/moan from kai talking directly in his ear.
Isn’t this just fanart? I can’t see anywhere the author posted it and it doesn’t look like her art style, I think uploading this will just confuse people

I just always admire the author’s ability to have genuinely moving and romantic moments while also drawing full frontal double penetration.
As someone who has read the fan translation here and has been reading the officials on webtoon to support, if you’re picking this up for the first time I recommend reading the fan translation. The official English is not the best quality, it honestly seems that it’s translated from a Korean translation and it misses a lot of the Chinese nuance. It’s not just the name change, some of the translations are just really off. Just my thoughts on it!
