Are you forgetting that they are literally two different entities at the moment? If Los really is Eros's human form, then his god-like form is still out there separately, while Los himself doesn't even know what's going on. He has his own body, his own mind, and his own personality, and he's behaving like a normal human being. So why the hell would I automatically treat him the same way I treat Eros? Until proven otherwise, Los is Los, and Eros is Eros. I'll judge Los based on his own actions, not on what another version of him might have done.
