Well yeah, but this rape scene setting is actually pretty cliche right? It could be found in countless rape-themed yaoi. But as you see he wasn't bond, gang-raped, or at weapon-point, and the fact that he jerked off thinking about it prolly means that he half-refused and half-curious at the same time. I bet this would happen again in near future cos that's how the authors made them communicate so don't feel too bad about it ^^

Like chapter 4 and beyond felt like a totally different manga to what I was reading before. This is a weird sentence to say but I feel like the rape was nonsensical. Like, the motivations just seem absurd to me.
