Yeah I noticed too. I don’t think it’s as bad as other bls tho. But he definitely looks almost really similar to the twins now lol. He’s always had bigger eyes but I noticed his face has gotten a lot smaller and features being closer together compared to it being longer in the first few volumes, there also seems to be less definition. But I also noticed Shinobu looks just a tinyyyyy bit different now than before too, he looked a lot more rugged and “playboy manly” in the first volume

I'm sure there are those who enjoy it, but I always get sad to see it T^T

There's always either inflation (not of the kink kind, but muscle and overall size) or twinkification, and I always end up preferring the original art style

Like don’t get me wrong i appreciate a pretty face but men can be pretty without having to take away the fact they look like men tho lol.
I still love this manga tho so I don’t think I could ever drop and like I said I’ve seen the twinkification before so many times yet so much worse so honestly this isn’t as bad as it could get LOLOL. The authors style has def improved I noticed so idk if the twink effect is a result of the art change or because as you said in another comment it sells better T-T
