Xinlu drugged Taeui and tried to force him to sleep with him, pretty sure that's how Taeui got the idea to do that to Ilay when he dipped. There is more but it's been a while. He appeared in the newest chapters of Passion Manhwa and lete tell you, he's not exactly being less screwed in the head, though I don't wanna spoiler too much.
