i loved shouma but ashida was a little hard to love. i DO empathize with his insecurities and feelings but it kinda made me mad how he couldn’t see his own faults HE was the one who initiated the “relationship” HES the one who kept intruding into shouma’s life and then once shouma starts to love him suddenly he wants to go back? either way it was good but it felt like the author ended the story when it was actually starting to begin. i wouldve been satisfied with even one more chapter that showed ashida’s feelings a little more and as cliche as this sounds his jealousy when he sees shouma with another idk it just felt a little incomplete

Ao Ao is the reincarnation of Ao Yue. Ao Yue was Ao Gu's little bro and the second dragon prince of the Eastern Sea, then the Demon Lord was sealed inside him and he was kicked out of the palace and changed his name to Xuan Yue, met Xiao Jifeng, they fell inlove, Xiao Jifeng went crazy, they both died, and were reborn as AoAo and Ryan. Ao Gu found his little bro's reincarnation AoAo and took him back home.

Then AoAo ran away from home several times. The story actually begins the second time AoAo runs away in his current lifetime: the first time was when he was little and met "black ball" (Ryan) who was Xiao Jifeng's reincarnation, but none of them knew that and AoAo even ended up going through something that made him lose those memories of this first meeting with Black Ball/Ryan. That's why Ryan knows him but AoAo doesn't recognize Ryan, and that's why Ryan knows him only as AoAo: neither AoAo nor Ryan knows they're both Xiao Jifeng's and Ao Yue's reincarnations, and because Ryan was born in Europe in this second lifetime, he doesn't seem to have even heard who Xiao Jifeng and Ao Yue are.

so, to resume what i understood so far:
Hwan is a very powerful monster, that's been causing a lot of trouble to Yama and the underworld, so Yama send Geumsun to take care of him, but he didn't die, he just got severly injured by Geumsun.

After that, Hwan needed to get strong again to get revenge on Geumsun and he found San, who had a really strong soul that could make Hwan strong again. But San also had a very strong mind, that made it impossible for Hwan to possess his body, since San had his Aunt and love. But his Aunt was also a strong and special human, so Hwan started to break them from inside out, so the he coud possess San in the end. After breaking his Aunt, making her kill herself, San's mind got weak and Hwan found the gap to possess him.

Geumsun and Yama, on the other hand, were looking after San for a long time, since they discovered that San was the perfect victim for Hwan to cure himself, but when Geumsun went to meet San, it was too late and Hwan were already inside of him. But that was the perfect oportunity for Geumsun to kill Hwan for good, wiping him from the world, by killing him while he was inside of San. But as a Goblin he couldn't just kill a human, so Hwan got away and San survived.

San was so creacked by all of this shit that he wanted to die, so Geumsun and Yama came up with the plan to get San (in his human body) inside the underworld, so his whole existence in the human world would be forgotten, cause than, Hwan would also forget he ever possessed San, and them they could send San to the human world again, as a human and Hwan would meet him again and try to possess him once more, then they could kill him for good. But 704 ended up being caugh up in the plan, without knowing a thing and was the one who brought San to the underworld, where he now lives desguised as a Goblin.

Can someone explain to me what just happened in the last few panels? I’m a little confused on what the letter said and what Shuri is trying to do with the Count’s help.

The plot:

A blue haired guy in high school turns out to be a weakling, deficient dragon that secretly ran away from home in the dragon world, coming down to earth and passing for a human teenager in order to search for a powerful long-lost magical pearl, that he believes can help him become like all the other "normal" dragons, by giving him the powers he lacks. The pearl belonged to an ancient, long-dead evil dragon, and the reason this blue deficient dragon wants the pearl is because he needs the pearl's power to be able to survive his oncoming "magical trial", a test that all magic users go through, which is sent by Heaven to gauge the "worthiness" of all magic users, including of all dragons and all the other beings (nonhuman and human) who cultivate qi (the "magical" energy of nature) in order to become stronger. (In this kind of world, all beings with supernatural abilities, aka "magic", are cultivators of qi, by default).

The thing is, the disguised blue dragon who's posing as a high school student ends up bumping into someone who claims to know him from before: a black western dragon who's ALSO posing as a human and pretending to be another "ordinary" high school student. Though the blue dragon can't remember it, he and the western dragon met once back when both were kids, at that time when the little blue dragon first tried to run away from home in order to search for the pearl (it turns out this is actually the second time, even if he himself isn't aware because someone erased his memories of the first time he ran away, altogether).

To further complicate matters, neither the blue dragon nor the western dragon are aware of the fact that they are *ALSO* a pair of reincarnated "lovers" who met each other in a previous lifetime, in a previous incarnation when both were different people with different names and of a different species: the blue dragon was an Eastern black dragon whose power came from a pearl (the same one he's unwittingly looking for in his present lifetime as the blue dragon), and the western dragon was back then an evil guy who became obsessively inlove with the Eastern black dragon and thus imprisoned and stole his pearl in order to keep him to himself, even against the Eastern black dragon's will. This provoked the fury of one of the Eastern black dragon's friends, a White dragon that was older than the Eastern black dragon and who loved the Eastern Black dragon like a little brother. This brotherly-like White dragon and the evil guy who wanted to keep the Eastern black dragon for himself, thus, ended up fighting over the Eastern Black dragon, with the fight somehow ending in both the evil guy and the Eastern Black dragon dying and being reincarnated... The White dragon then was reunited with his friend's, the Eastern black dragon's reincarnation, a deficient little blue dragon who is now his little brother... and that's how our story began.

Bruh I'm so tired of female characters with "good intentions" recklessly throwing themselves into dangerous situations and having to be rescued. Like if you know you're weak, sit your ass at home or call the police or, at the very least, stop going to gang territories by yourself at night (this is just common sense tbh). If you wanna run around and be a hero then learn how to protect yourself.

honestly i’ve always found the cmmts hating/ bashing on jeanette so unfounded. childish.

i understand not liking her but going so far as hating on her just because she’s trying to gain the approval of her believed “father”- who doesn’t even acknowledge her in the slightest (unless it conveniently aligns to his needs)- is a bit.. too much. hate is a strong word. i think ppl forget that she’s just a f*cking kid, she’s ALLOWED to be selfish.
Being led to believe that the king is her father, jeanette’s been forced to conceal her identity & disguise her eyes for years. lied to. used. she is but an unfortunate victim of manipulation from her own guardian, serving the adults’ sick and selfish desire of overruling present royalty. even her own real father doesn’t care for her.

However, one thing that has been frequently overlooked but should be recognised is her kindness. she could’ve despised athy, she has every justifiable reason to. sure, jealousy was shown at times but who wouldn’t in her position? its what makes her human. jeanette has never acted out in malicious intent, even when multiple chances presented itself. instead, she chooses to love athy as her own blood sister despite her miserable background.

jeanette is desperate. it’s evident from how obviously overjoyed she is finally being able to spend time with claude. at last she has the opportunity to be in his presence invitedly, even if she’s just unknowingly there to calm his headache- she enjoys it but she also feels conflicted due to the current situation with athy. it wouldn’t be such a shocker if one day she just blurted out the “truth”. but she has not, jeanette is being mindful of athy’s feelings, she greatly fears rejection from her loved ones.

...but there will come the time when she will inevitably learn the truth. imagine how utterly crushed she would be. about her real parents who had abandoned her. her uncle who used her. the fact that her “sister”, her best friend, knew the entire time but chose not to confide with. all trust would be shattered. she may become consumed by hatred and confusion, it may be her breaking point. in any other story, it’s an inviting rebirth of a vengeful villain.

sincerely, i question if there’s anyone that truly and genuinely loves her? perhaps athy? but it seems to be rather pity than familial love. athy seems to care more about her father than the character that may potentially become a threat to her at any given moment. ah how about ijikiel, the person who she grew up with ever since they were young- almost like a brother? no. she is not his “most important person”. his heart does not belong to her. he stated that to her loud and clear.

even when surrounded by ppl, jeanette is so alone. yes, it would be great if she could receive more character development but i think we tend to forget that she’s just a girl that just wants to be feel loved.

I've seen people commenting about why they've dropped this and I kind of feel sad to know that. I know other people probably have different tastes, but i'd like to defend this comic since i like it.

To be honest, I've dropped this comic once too, when jinsu and sanghee reunited after the dragon thing, but I just couldnt stay away because i still wanted to know what happens next.

People are saying that sanghee's naive and can't do anything for herself. Um, hellooo? What do you mean by she's not doing anything? The only reason this story is even here is because she's been doing her best for the princes and the king to like her enough not to kill her off! She's been manipulating her way up so that she'd have a chance to change their world!

You're saying she can't save herself, but it's not like she can do anything against the men harrassing her without causing a war to happen! Or without getting a death sentence for defying men! And in the case of being kidnapped, it's not like she knows how to fight! Remember that she was reincarnated from our normal world! She was just a normal woman who probably didn't need to even know how to fight!

And if you're going to bring up her powers, let me just say that she's really overpowered, and that the creator did a good job of making sanghee not be able to manifest her power easily so that her being overpowered doesn't ruin the story! The fact that she can't control her powers moves the story FORWARD. If she could control her powers already, then she could just order people around and make the women have equal rights, and she wouldn't have to fear death sentences! That would also just cause the story to stop!

And i know some of you are complaining why its taking so long for the story to end? Bro, we're following her ENTIRE LIFE from baby,to maybe even adult! Considering her value and men's greed in this universe, a lot is bound to happen!

Okay, I've let off some steam. If you're someone who dislikes this comic, fine, dislike it, don't bring me into it because i like this comic. Just keep your mout shut so people who actually like this comic can enjoy it without anyone trying to insult their tastes.
