It wasn't untill I read the final chapter that I finally felt a sense of relief. All along, the pain I felt for luan was so overwhelming that it became hard to continue reading. I wanted to know how it would all end, but the emotional weight made it almost unbearable to go on. AHH!!! I am so glad they are finally happy ╥﹏╥
How I wish he never met Penelope. Surely he would have suffer physically due to his slave status but at least he would have been fine mentally.
