Well Yoon Seo, the mc of the title I gave has a healing resistance. During their mission inside the Great Dungeon, since he’s the only one with highest possibility of defeating the monster which is a dragon (I think) , all the healers has been constantly healing him until healing no longer worked for him, this is the only series i can think of that matches your description..

So it’s about a noble FMC. who somehow ends up in the country side and she opens up her own cafe/restaurant. The are four beastmen mercenaries that come over and eat her food.
