What's an angel in the bible?

This description is drawn directly from the first chapter of the Book of Ezekiel, where the prophet experiences a striking vision of God's throne in motion. Hikaru only monitored the souls of the villages, not the entire world, because he is a local deity. Anyway, is an interesting parallel.
