I know in the end they will end up together but I hope they don’t.
Like wouldn’t it be a much better and interesting story if the ml turn into this scary figure that the mc has to out smart and get away from? And most importantly builds himself a better life. A sudden psychological turn after tricking the audience into letting their guard down.
I feel like some stories attempt this unintentionally but quickly give the ml a back story and the typical undeserved character ark to reunite the mc and ml.
I’m confused with the storyline. Why does it cut out certain moments or jump from one situation to another? Like chapter 13 ended with them in the room but chapter 14 began with the cafe.
They are too many gaps and it’s ruining my whole reading experience.
