They end up together. But that's after the seem has the bottom gangraped so badly he almost dies and ends up in the hospital.
But at the hospital, the bottom remembers that HE had the top gangraped and violently abused when they were in high school together. The bottom even caused the tops mom to go insane. Then the bottom got into a car accident and forgot what he did.
Now the bottom remembers after being beaten and raped so severely. He apologizes to the top but he's so traumatized that when the top tries to leave, the bottom can't stand it. He begs him to stay.
And thus, they enter their domestic life!!!

Yes, the top basically sets it up so that if the bottom betrays him by trying to escape, he'll get punished. Of course, he does try to escape, and runs into the trap set by the top (which is the gang capturing him and more violently raping him). I don't have any idea if they get karma.
