Remember when this was a shounen ai bc I don't lollz. It is still a really good story tho. Still hoping it'll go back a bit to a hint of Shounen ai.
Finally had to drop this one. Tbh I don't even remember the last time it was a romance manga and not just a political drama. And now the third guy legit gets more action than the main character.....

i think one reason was that zandy no fansub, the original translator, got sick of the mangago comments complaining about how slow they update, that’s why they stopped posting the uncensored. another would be because lezhin now has an official english translation. it’s common etiquette for scanlations to stop translating when the authors themselves create a translated one, because their scans become illegal, and also the authors lose money. so when fans insist on posting, authors will take action. take for example, painter of the night.
since we’re getting this for free, we can’t really complain. although, i’m not sure if the ones in lezhin are uncensored or zandy no fansub took to themselves to draw some dicks

I'm a romantic, and I really loved the dynamic and relationship between Wolfgang and Shin during the first season. Having been spoiled, I'm starting to doubt if they'll even be romantically together in the end. There's a misunderstanding, for sure, but Shin is stubborn/dead set on his ambition as Kingmaker which makes a romantic relationship complicated.

Girl, I miss the old days when scanlators didn't fight for fucking territory and there was no drama like .... Someone accidentally uploads a chap someone else was doing it was either my bad bro lemme take it down or they said hey mind if I upload this bc it hasn't been done in months and instead of hoarding it like a fucking dragon the person would usually say yes or explain why.... Like quit with the territory wars man Everyone grow up you are ruining it ....
Kinda funny how things went from “dang no translators to work on this manga that looks dope...” to “no İ WANT to translate it” like just work on something else perhaps...? İdk if anyone is making money off of this (im assuming not) so its so pointless that its just annoying
It’s either the person wants to translate it because they believe they do it faster or they the person wants to do it just for recognition to plug and promote their own stuff on popular mangas.

I feel like the author could somehow tell the story was stalling or read comments from readers bc it really picked up a bit. And how cute is that second couple like seriously that uncle tho :)
I was kind of worried when they first appeared like everyone else, but now I am reading it I love them and how they help the story but have their own as well.
I get that you personally want people to read the official release and whatnot but leave a note saying why you dropped it so someone else can finish it........ Don't release a grainy not even half finished chapter with a huge ass water mark stating to read the official .... Like that's just uneccisarry
