The romance with Raviel would have been significantly better had she been an adult instead of a minor. Even with all the time regressions, she only ages mentally by 5 more months and remains mentally and physically a minor (17 years old). MC on the other hand is mentally 33 and physically 22. Him actually being 33 is also acknowledged in the last lines of the novel as well. Why is it so difficult for authors to just write adult female love interests? It is not necessary at all for her to be a child still in school, adds nothing to the story. Also the promotion of child marriage is also weird.
