I don't know what to think because the reviews from the novel are saying this is dark-themed and basically not romance at all

Can someone tell me if it's worth it?
It is. They haven't fallen in love per se in the novel, but they truly share a bond that's both enthralling and maddening. It's a nice story so far, and one that seems worth it too!!
So it's the novel not finished then?
It is, I believe. However, it currently has about 50-something translated chapters
I can't find this for the life of me Sorry of I get some things in the storyline mixed up
What I remember is that the MC has black hair(I think his name starts with S) while the ML has blonde hair. The MC goes back into the past and they're like at an orphanage. The MC was previously(in the past) like sucking up to the priest because he was promising him things, but in this timeline they notice like the childrens suspicious deaths and conspire to get rid of him, stuff happens, the ML and MC get over their previous hatred and try a plan to expose the evil deeds of the man in charge of the orphanage. There's a fire, the MC and ML get separated, ML thinks the MC is dead while MC actually lost his memories(i think) and found himself at a village. There he takes care of the man from the orphanage thinking he's his grandfather, joins some people and that's all I remember
