Back in chapter 56, Jinju and Taehee ran into him when they were trying to get to Dojin. He stuck around for a while after that. And a few more chapters back, around the time Taehee threatened Sangjin(?), he stuck around and Taehee was curious about the relationship he had with his brother. I also think when Dojin got kicked out he went to go stay with him too, but I'm not too sure about that. Hope this helped.
