Nope.. You should read the story again from the start.. SH kept him against his will and made him paint in confinement.. The first time NK tried to escape, he got caught and SH was really mad at NK and threatened him.

He brought him there to paint, but NK didn’t want to because his teacher who he was in love with had told him that his painting was disgusting; which create a self esteem conflict for NK cuz he love painting and he love his teacher. SH love NK paintings and when NK refused he got mad, that’s why he threatened NK. The whole thing is messed up. But I don’t think NK has Stockholm. At the end of the day even if NK had left he did not have anywhere to go, he would have been homeless. Cuz his sister did not want him to go back home. Lol I am done.

At least now he has roof over his head, have food for the stomach. I don’t like his teacher though and I don’t think his teacher will treat NK any better than SH. If you think about it his teacher already crushed What NK like which is painting and I don’t see that th3 teacher care for NK at all tbh.

The fact that most of your “sources” agree with the fact that Nakyum had many chances to leave. Atp, it quite literally is the fact that he has fallen in love with him, LIKE ARE YALL DENSE. Let’s address these sources you pointed me to.
1. He literally let Nakyum go and gave him food AND a place to stay under the guise that he would draw erotic paintings for him. Nakyum most definitely doesn’t have Stockholm syndrome because he IS afraid of Seungho and wants to leave, anyone with Stockholm syndrome would want but he quite literally has no where to go.
2. Nakyum quite literally as Seungho said should have ran away as SOON AS he woke up, instead he worried about other things and ran into Seungho.
3. I can admit here Seungho’s threats were most definitely stopping him from running away so you earned that one. But y’all do realize Stockholm Syndrome is when one DOES fall in love with their captor, Nakyum foes not have this due to his still foreboding fear of Seungho but his lasting attracting towards him as well which we can see in present chapters. It’s obvious Nakyum is falling for him.
4-5. There was nothing Seungho could do to his teacher or to him, but Nakyum had gone to his teacher under the guise that he would help and understand him and instead brought him back to Seungho. The teacher is a bastard anyways.
5. Once again, on fault of his teacher, he is most definitely a bastard who sees Nakyum is in trouble and cannot help him. Seungho was also very agressYou are arguing with me on the basis that Nakyum does indeed have Stockholm Syndrome yet your points are arguing against that fact. Confused.
6-7 This was not on fault OF anyone but Nakyum’s situation. He quite literally had NO WHERE to go, I’d already agreed with someone’s point that he was kidnapped and held against his will at some point, but he did have a significant amount of chances to leave and it always ended up in being against his favor but it is not because he was in love with SH at those times so it’s impossible for him to have SS.
Once again, I do not believe he has SS due to these points because Nakyum is most definitely still afraid of Seungho but he is somewhat fallen for him. I have no idea what will happen with the sister and why he decided to stay with Seungho, but once again, not on anyone but No-Name since he is the reason for this whole situation but obviously cannot be blamed for Seungho’s abusiveness. Like I said, he isn’t leaving due to his fatal attraction to Seungho and his PTSD from No-Name.

Exactly, it is a complex story where many people can have overlapping opinions. I do not ship Seungho and Nakyum because he is simply too far gone and this is just a Sangwoo and Yoonbum situation all over again. I’m just reading it to see Nakyum be happy again and hopefully Seungho gets punishment but also some sort of redemption arc because dude is definitely far gone.

I’m sorry but I am disagreeing with you a little there. I still expect for SH to end up with Naekyum. I know there’s rape kidnapping etc, but I still expect them to be together, but however I will not complain of whatever the author will bring to the table, I enjoy the manga. Seungho is mentally ill he need help, he only react to Naekyum on whatever he do. He was feeling betrayed when he thought Naekyum ran away. Most everyone in this comment chain would be disagree with me given what all of them have commented. But if I were in Seungho’s shoe I can’t imagine how hellish my life is, fill with wrath and no one there to help me and feeling alone. Is hard to change the character like Seungho but not impossible. But look like most of everyone here want Seungho to be suffere? Revenge? What type of suffering you want to be fall on him? Dead? If you want him die, what about Naekyum?
