How do omegas give birth? I've always wondered because they only have one hole and it's the one they use to poop, so I don't understand how they can give birth through the same hole they use to poop
I think it depends on who is writing the story but most of what I have seen is they get something like a C section and just cut that lil mf out

The way I always imagined it was that omega male anatomy down there works almost like the esophagus and trachea, where the epiglottis opens depending on whether you're swallowing or breathing, which changes the path from the colon to the uterus during heats. Birth would most likely have to be through c-section or it would be extremely fatal if not impossible to the omega giving birth.
