I guess its that gok alreay has a womb but because his partner is a vampire he cant have children so th womb that gok had because of the medicine is one where it can carry a vampires offspring. Technically this is between two Lycan’s a female and male so there shouldn’t be any complications even tho hwa has vampire blood. It should be possible
It’s harder with the first couple cux Gok lycan blood was diluted and Yiben was a vampire. But second couple they’re both lycan plus the bottom (forgot his name) is a purebred female lycan which will make it easier for him to be pregnant. (≧∀≦)
