He didn't pregnant. It was false pregnancy but lion cub and bunny didn't know it was fake. Bunny shows all symptoms of pregnancy but he wasn't pregnant. Seme accuse bunny slept with lion cub because they had idea of pregnancy but wasn't pregnant after all. On the day bunny on heat, lion cub only helped him by using his pheromone to soothes his pain...

He wasn't pregnant as the above comment said. The truth is that the spider alpha switched out the results about the pregnancy report. He gave them one stating he really was pregnant and when the ML did the test he gave the ML the original one which showed false pregnancy. He did that knowing ML s character he will do something stupid and crazy, which he did so that the trust between MC and ML is broken and he can take away the MC and make him his.
