I'm really glad that after all they went through, they ended up as mother and son again. It's so beautiful and special their bond, love, care and sacrifice. I hope in this lifetime, they wont need to suffer the pain, injustice and separation ever again. ╥﹏╥
1. they are NOT related at all (ml's mum married fl's dad. He was adopted into the family so they are step siblings with no blood relation. Did not technically grow up together as the ml seems to be in his teens and fl in middle school age when the family got together.)

She keeps falling into the helpless maiden trope where she is constantly just being saved. I get once or twice but it feels like that is all that is happening every chapter. It's getting old

I get that all the tragedy stems from the vile dad but what the stepmother did cannot be justified by her own trauma. The ml was 6 years old and a literal child when she started abusing him. She may be a victim but she is also a perpetrator and deserves all the punishment coming her way. The dad can just rot. If he just married ml's mum and faced the difficulties with courage then he woulndt have ruined three innocent lives (mum, step mum and ml)
He's so cute. The scenes with the three of them look like a family with a mama, papa and bb bern (▰˘◡˘▰)
I love love love everyone's interactions and when he was devastated at the realization that they cant fly...lol took me out(≧∀≦)
I've never come across a manga with such a concept and cant wait to read more! My only regret is finding it when it's not even 20 chapters in. Hoping for more udpates soon!!!
