honestly this is my first time after a while that i legit enjoyed a comic on here. The art, the plot, the characters, literally i love everything

reaaaaal. its so easy to judge their relationship as 'toxic' and 'shitty' and it is, dont get me wrong but theres so much more to it than just that
i’ve been LOVING the time skip but id love even more if we came back in the present storyline

The "present" storyline has ended with the final fight against She Li. The last chapter (Out of my head I think it was 445 but did't check it) is when She Li and Mo meet for the last time. After that there is a VERY important part completely missing - the vanishing of both Jian Yi and He Tian. We only know this happened in between the time skip because it was said so several times but never shown. We completely skipped the vanishing, that's why so many are confused - but now in the "future" He Tian and Jian Yi are back after approximately 3-5 years (you have to dig really deep to get all the information spread out on the whole comic). Now I suppose we will slowly find out what happened to He Tian and Jian Yi by unwrapping their current status. So no turning back to the "present", it's finished I think.
yesyes i was aware of jian yi and he tian leaving but i didnt know that the fight and the last meeting with she li was going to be the end of the middle school timeline. Ty
ahahah yes, most of the specials are from the ‘future’ when he tian comes back to visit mo. I cant really remember when, but we got a time skip where mo has his own house (before moving in w he tian) and works at the mechanic. And i think its going to keep going from there since the latest chapter
I think the author will take us back to the past and see how things unfolded when they were gone, or either a conversation in their current state talking about how it was for them when they were gone. I personally prefer if we went back to the past, either way I believe we will get an explanation about all of that.
