It’s really a great piece showing basically the passage of time on a group of people. The things you learn with your experiences and choices.
I really liked the epilogue, it couldn’t be more perfect here. The life literally goes on and the way we spend it, what to do or experience in it - depends on us and the living life itself.
I see people being mad that Meiko decided to „move forward from Taneda”, but it’s never told if she really did that, she’s only seen being able to perhaps love someone again. Which makes both things free to our interpretation
Every chapter fills my heart with their energy and I love it.
I really appreciate Uyuns emotional maturity. Of course after being occupied by so many things no wonder Jinyoung couldn’t get there yet, but with the people he currently surrounds himself with - we’ll definitely see him being there in the future.
For those wishing for an Uyun or saying they feel Jinyoung - I really hope you’ll be able to meet great people in your life who will change your mindset or perspectives for the better. It also takes a lot of work and knowledge, but it’s really something doable
I read the novel and it was truly amazing and moving read. The main characters perception and thoughts were so well described that I could feel things not even mentioned. Or maybe it was because I felt a connection with the mc - it was really a long time since I read about someone with similar mind.
Spoiler:
The ending can make one really impatient because the Ml doesn’t know what he’s feeling at all times.
Nono it definitely not the end (despite it looking so)
I know some things make sense here but nonono I need more explanation @tatsuki Fujimoto speak
I think Jigu will take it as a marriage proposal, but in my humble opinion they could do it straight away
Im crying almost every chapter, not because its sad but they’re also so heartwarming while being sad
Seeing his story he just wanted to give it up on following Byul. The wall between them was always there and experiencing it be risen and fall must’ve hurt tremendously. The situation in his home didn’t help and Byul (probably not ready yet) couldn’t face him after all. Now him giving up to get expelled and probably move out was a way out from both situations.
What the hell they are so cute and domestic and oh god I got butterflies in my stomach just by looking
Im really surprised by the comments.. what do you guys mean you didn’t expect some fuck up situationship?
The suit guy has never once been comfortable with anything that’s going on and was doing it out of „necessity” to reach his goals or rather satisfy someone else. Ya’ll didn’t feel there was something wrong from the start?? The boxer was literally shown to be a fucked up person not once before?
I get the feeling that you all know exactly what you were reading, but when it’s explicitly shown suddenly it’s too much and it’s easier to wash your hands.
This or you weren’t reading it at all
I see people complaining that he should go back but as someone who related to Woowon from the start, I think it’s extremely valid he’s not doing so. And I wouldn’t be surprised if he didn’t go back for a longer period with enough pretending he didn’t miss Seoan.
The words he heard from the person he wanted to do everything for were like a knife after a knife. These were the words he didn’t want to hear and feared to hear the most. He saw himself stepping into a cycle he had experienced during his most fragile years and never wanted to repeat that pain, not for himself nor anyone else. He’s always thinking about the future and consequences of his choices and now he probably has to choose between what would feel most rational and his own emotions
You know what… sure I’ll fuck with it, you rarely see a whole ass finger in urethra and done to oneself at that
I actually love how stupid things like this are an allegory to real world issues. Fujimoto is on a genius level in making that possible every other chapter. Maybe not everyone can understand it straight away but it really is amazing how much of it we can find. In the newest chapter we see how she was abused as a teenager, causing her to continue an unstoppable cycle. Also the part where she mentions being a version of herself in every country just shows that this issue - which is both abuse of children and the continued cycle - is universal. Also Denji calling every girl „a good girl” after they showed him a piece of themselves, just screams not only how distorted his understanding of intimacy and power is, but also how he uses simple words because that’s what he learnt to do and cannot logically comprehend the situation
I feel like the author might be lowkey cooking bc it was a long time since I last saw anything good with any kinks on here
As someone who doesn’t bother with changing contact names… yeah it can lead to awkward situations
What the hell… I was expecting them to take him somewhere and make him feel safe, not to make out in the car in the middle of the city, with a guy watching to add… nonono
I remember starting it some time ago but was scared their relationship would be weirdly depicted. Now I have it a chance and It it turned so wholesome. Tae was like a brother when the real one has lost himself
Maybe I’m projecting, but it feels like the creators were inspired a lot by Chainsawman, both story and character wise. And I mean it in a good way, not that anything was taken from there.
Also I love how the artist keeps making the men look like breedable bottoms. As a society we need more of that
