It happened to everyone, your lists will now be stuck like this because the site has stopped restoring people's lists now. Everyone's lost their notes and had their reads misplaced or lost. Just make the most out of your reading history to restore anything, there's nothing else you can do

don't worry, ppl whose acc were made in 2014 and 2015, as in earlier years, slowly got their reads back.
Currently 2018 users are getting it back and it has started for 2019 users too.

you definitely haven't lost anything. If you open the tags sorting pages on your profile, everything you've ever tagged is still there. I'm seeing a slow increase in titles being added back to my already read list. This will most likely continue in the coming days
