If you are LGBT+, how did you find out and how have you been getting on since?

I finally figured out (and accepted) that I was asexual when I was 16. I tried to broach the topic with my parents but they basically said asexuality wasn't real, I should go to therapy, it's because of low self-esteem, etc. I also sort of think I'm biromantic, but maybe I'm aromantic? I'm not sure. I've not had a crush on anyone in over a decade, ...... 3 reply
