25 and 30 is vastly different than 20 and 30, never mind the fact hes still in highschool technically. Maybe cultural differences in my perspective

I love the imperfections of them both, I love that their intimacy is so private and amongst themselves. I love the realism between their classes (wealth) and how they act in different situations that they are not used to. It feels like real development thats not all “Machoman who beats everyone up and Im so absolutely perfect”

In a way I feel bad for the mom. It seems like she was likely forced to marry the twins dad, was likely SA-ed and forced to raise them (probably had HORRIBLE postpartum). None of this excuses her treatment of them, but it does explain why she did what she did. I am glad both sides get a clean break from eachother, I hope the twins truly flourish as time goes on
