Yeah, you're either remembering something from a different series, or drastically misremembering something from this one. We've never seen them getting out of bed together, or doing anything together other than walking in the rain.

I mean, don't get me wrong, his protests are super fishy. When he says he was "going to a cafe" with her the night Kaoru had her fall, he had just texted her saying he was extending his "business trip" by several days. That was on his -birthday-, and it seems super fishy.

There was another time in chapter 26 when Risako called Kaoru right after Kaoru texted Rei saying she was going home. The timing was a bit fishy there? Like it came off like Risako was running interference while Reiichi got back to the house, but we didn't actually see them together. Risako seemed to be at home, and she was wearing a somewhat risque top, but we couldn't actually tell if she was with anyone.

Overall, the evidence is still inconclusive. The flashback material we've seen seemed to suggest that Risako was more interested in Kaoru than Reiichi, honestly, and that she only dated him to get Kaoru to give up on him, but that was also pretty inconclusive.

We've definitely never seen her clipping her bra back on, that I can recall.

It was in Chapter 26. Kaoru goes out on her own, texts Reiichi when she's at the train station, and Risako calls her right away. There's no visual indication that Risako and Reiichi are in the same place, and when Kaoru gets home Reiichi is in the same place and state he was in when she left.

The timing is really suspicious, but there's not actually any evidence that it wasn't just a coincidence. It did serve to stoke Kaoru's suspicions, though, since Risako had knowledge of Uta moving out. (WE know that Risako actually bumped into Uta on the street, but Kaoru doesn't know that, so from her POV it adds to the suspicion that she's meeting Rei)

I suspect that scene is more about stoking Kaoru's insecurities than revealing anything to the reader.
