No, the person Og FL was seeing was Kai, someone who looks really similar to Ray that I thought they could be twins or something. She was waving at them because she was either overly excited to greet them and introduce Kai or she had other motives.

I feel like maybe she also enjoys it deep down, like I think it's for herself just as much as anyone else. growing up thinking you're useless, then having a husband that just sees you as a beautiful doll, and finally seeing yourself do something useful must be really something. It's disappointing to see that most readers can't recognize the difference between protection and restriction. Hell, even the author had mentioned that their relationship is incredibly imbalance, feeling less equal and more like a parent protecting their child. His "love" for her should never excuse him treating her like a disobedient child, accusing her of "conspiring" with his men behind his back just because she wanted to assist on the first expedition she went on with the knights.
